We Appreciate the Power of Artwork

I was listening to a piece of classical music the other day. It was Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, so familiar and popular to many in the world, it led me to observe two things in particular: 1) being familiar with a work of art, in this case music, can mean knowing the name of a famous piece, the composer of a famous piece, and the main bars of the tune, however, your appreciation may decay if you don’t actually listen to it often; 2) there are some artists (in this case, specifically, musicians), that have the gift of talent to be able to tap into the collective appreciation of music, so much so that it’s popularity is indeed popular, because it – pardon the pun – hits the right notes.
Do we as humans have a frequency to sound and visuals, that work much the same way as our taste buds do when we eat delicious foods, or the same way our bodies react to satisfying sensations, and are there people (artists) out there that are able to tap into that collective enjoyment to certain tunes and visuals?
I wonder if that goal, deep down, is what we all aspire to attain in the world of artistry: to find that artistic antidote for the simple pleasure of making people happy and to be able to conjure common interest.
